As a broadcaster, Bianca leads Fox Sports' netball coverage — calling games, hosting live broadcasts, and appearing across panel shows including ABC's Offsiders. Audiences also know her from The Block, where she and teammate Carla Dziwoki showed what it looks like to do hard things with integrity — building a great team, treating their tradies with genuine care, and coming out the other side with a great experience..

 

Bianca works with leaders and teams who want to build real connection — not just performance. Across 17 years as an elite netball athlete — six premierships with the Melbourne Vixens, a Commonwealth Games gold and silver medal, and a World Championship — she learned that the teams who win aren't just the most talented.
