Mentoring & Leadership

Bianca Chatfield is a leadership facilitator, author, and former vice captain of the Australian Diamonds - bringing a rare combination of elite sporting achievement and real-world leadership experience to every room she walks into.

As captain of the Melbourne Vixens across six premierships, and a Commonwealth Games gold medallist and World Champion, Bianca learned first-hand what it takes to build culture, lead under pressure, and bring out the best in the people around you. That lived experience is the foundation of everything she facilitates. Her work focuses on connection-based leadership - helping individuals understand themselves, show up authentically, and create environments where teams genuinely thrive.

She has partnered with corporations, sporting organisations, and government bodies; to deliver programs that are practical, energising, and built to last.

Through her business - The Ignition Project, she created, alongside Leigh Russell, an online leadership program specifically designed for women, and an emerging female athletes program in collaboration with Rebel Sport.

Bianca is also a media host and sports commentator with Fox Sports, and author of two books: Game On and Every Girl Needs a Plan.
